Starting therapy is a courageous step toward understanding yourself and building deeper connections. Struggling with sex and intimacy can feel really isolating - but you're not alone. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel truly heard, gently unpacking your experiences and reconnecting with your sexual wellbeing, at whatever pace feels right for you. Whether you're hoping to nurture healthier relationships or overcome barriers to pleasure, your feelings matter, and I’m here to listen.

About Me
Hello, I’m Candice. I’m a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist (PGDip) and I'm registered with BACP and COSRT. I work with individuals and couples around sexual difficulties, desire, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative and humanistic, and I offer a space that feels safe, grounded and uncensored - somewhere you can speak freely and explore what's going on beneath the surface. My hope is to support and empower you in building more fulfilling connections - with yourself and others - while keeping things honest, respectful, and human. I’m a GSRD-informed therapist, which means I’m understanding and sensitive to the diverse experiences and identities across gender, sexuality, and relationship styles.
“Intimacy requires courage - the courage to be vulnerable and to open ourselves to another.”
