Struggling with sex and intimacy can feel really isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re hoping to nurture healthier relationships or work through difficulties with desire, intimacy or pleasure, therapy offers a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can talk openly about the things that may feel too difficult, awkward or embarrassing to say out loud, with compassion and without judgement.

About Me
Hello, I’m Candice. I’m a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist (AdvPGDip) and I'm registered with BACP and COSRT. I work with individuals and couples around sexual difficulties, desire, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative and humanistic, and I offer a space that feels safe, grounded and uncensored - somewhere you can speak freely and explore what's really going on. My hope is to support and empower you in building more fulfilling connections - with yourself and others - while keeping things honest, respectful, and human. I’m a GSRD-informed therapist, which means I’m understanding and sensitive to the diverse experiences and identities across gender, sexuality, and relationship styles.
“Intimacy requires courage - the courage to be vulnerable and to open ourselves to another.”

Support Available
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy offers a safe, supportive environment to talk about any sexual concerns and explore your feelings, desires or difficulties. Whether you’re experiencing pain during sex, low desire, problems with arousal, ejaculation or orgasm - or you’re simply wanting to feel more confident and connected to your sexuality - sex therapy can help. Together, we’ll work at your pace toward whatever goals matter most to you.
Relationship Therapy
Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy, but they can be messy, confusing and intense, often leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure how to move forward. Relationship therapy offers a space to talk things through openly, whatever your relationship style. Whether you’re navigating conflict or betrayal, or simply wanting to feel closer, we can explore what’s happening and work towards more fulfilling and meaningful connections.
