Sex Therapy

Sexual well-being is an important part of overall health and happiness, but it can come with its own challenges. Whether you’re single or in a relationship, Sex Therapy offers a safe, open space to explore how you feel about intimacy and desire. Together, we’ll work through any specific concerns you have, while helping you better understand your sexual identity. By facing feelings of shame or stigma, you can gain new insights that lead to greater satisfaction and deeper, more meaningful connections.

• Low or no sexual desire

• Difficulty becoming aroused

• Erectile and ejaculation difficulties

• Challenges with orgasm

• Pain during sex

• Sexual fear or phobia

• Sexual trauma

• Compulsive sexual behaviours and porn use

• Chemsex

• Sexual anxiety and low self-esteem

• Kink, fetish, and BDSM

• LGBTQIA+ experiences

• Gender and sexual identity

What to Expect

In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive, confidential space where we explore your bodily, psychological, and relational experiences - at your pace. We’ll begin with an initial assessment, where we’ll explore these areas in more depth and start to shape a direction for our work together.

Together, we’ll work through challenges to:

  • Gain deeper insights into your experiences.

  • Overcome physical and emotional barriers.

  • Build more authentic connections with yourself and others.

Therapy can be a longer journey, but many people notice meaningful shifts after just a few sessions. Sex therapy can boost self-esteem, support healthier relationships, and help you reconnect with your sense of self. I may suggest tailored exercises to support you between sessions.

Who I Work With

I work with people of all sexualities, gender identities, and relationship dynamics - including monogamous, polyamorous, and consensually non-monogamous relationships, as well as those involved in kink or BDSM. My aim is to offer a safe, affirming, and GSRD-informed space where your identity, preferences, and experiences are respected and welcomed.
